Aide-Soignant(e) Jour – Unité Falret – Pôle STAR

About the role

Join the Pôle STAR at CH Guillaume Régnier as a daytime aide-soignant (healthcare assistant) on the Falret Unit. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment focused on psychosocial rehabilitation, providing direct patient care and supporting alternatives to full‑time hospitalization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal hygiene, feeding, mobilization and comfort care to patients during daytime hours.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with therapeutic activities and use calming environments such as the Chambre de Soins d’Apaisement.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers and other professionals to implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure safety, respect patient dignity and contribute to de‑stigmatization efforts.

Required profile

• Qualified aide‑soignant (certified nursing assistant) with experience in day‑time care settings.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
• Commitment to psychosocial rehabilitation principles and patient empowerment.
