Aide Maçon – Construction Helper

About the role

Iziwork, a leading digital staffing agency, is looking for a Construction Helper (Aide Maçon) to join a temporary full‑time assignment in Wy‑dit‑Joli‑Village, Île‑de‑France. You will work under the supervision of a team leader or site manager, supporting masonry and pipe‑laying activities while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the main installer with the placement of pipelines and small masonry tasks.
• Mark and lay out pipes along excavations.
• Transport materials to the work site and perform back‑filling and compaction.
• Maintain site cleanliness and manage waste segregation.
• Report any hazards or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Install prefabricated concrete elements, drill openings in concrete structures, and create drainage channels.
• Seal or level concrete pads, install curb and gutter forms, and participate in on‑site concrete work (formwork, reinforcement, mixing, and pouring).

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in construction or masonry assistance.
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and keep the site tidy.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and compacting.
• Commitment to environmental best practices, including noise and emission control.

Required skills

• AIPR certification (Authorization to Intervene Near Networks).
