About the role

Join a leading French seafood company as a Line Operator Assistant on a permanent basis at the Arras production site. You will support the smooth operation of processing lines that cook, package, and distribute high‑quality marine products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare workstations and perform pre‑start checks on raw materials, packaging, consumables, and documentation.
• Start, adjust, change formats, and stop equipment according to production plans.
• Supply lines with raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
• Monitor equipment performance and meet production targets.
• Conduct quality self‑checks and complete traceability records.
• Identify anomalies, perform authorized first‑level interventions, and report issues.
• Participate in cleaning and disinfection of equipment following established procedures.

Required profile

• Motivation to work in a food‑processing environment with strict safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in rotating 3‑shift schedules (35 hours/week).
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
