About the role

We are seeking fluent language professionals to help train and evaluate AI language models. This flexible, part‑time contract can be performed entirely from home on a schedule you set.

Key responsibilities

Read and assess AI‑generated text for quality, accuracy, and fluency.
Write short prompts and creative responses to improve model performance.
Rank and compare AI outputs using defined evaluation criteria.
Provide written feedback on language quality.

Required profile

Fluency in your native language and English.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in humanities, language, or writing‑related fields.
Professional experience with language work such as writing, teaching, translating, editing, or annotating.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow evaluation guidelines.

Required skills

Fluency in target language and English.

Compensation up to $25 USD per hour, paid weekly.
