AI Software Engineer (Junior or Experienced)

About the role

We are looking for motivated AI Software Engineers to join our fast‑growing cloud‑based SaaS team in Paris. You will work with cutting‑edge AI assistants (Claude and OpenAI) to evolve our products and the way we build software. The role offers a clear path toward technical leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java, iOS and React features and microservices for the FieldLogs SaaS platform.
• Build secure, scalable, high‑performance APIs for backend and mobile field applications.
• Model data, map complex aviation/industrial standards and ensure traceability, auditability and compliance.
• Contribute to R&D on configurable business logic, execution engines and domain‑specific components.
• Collaborate with mobile, QA and functional teams through code reviews, testing and agile delivery.
• Gradually take ownership of technical topics and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, microservices architecture and API lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and complex business workflows.
• Interest or experience in SaaS, cloud platforms and B2B products.
• Fluent English (spoken & written) and comfortable working in multicultural teams.
