About the role
This six‑month internship in Grenoble focuses on exploring how artificial intelligence can support the design and physical implementation of 16 nm digital SoCs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify relevant AI use‑cases for digital circuit design and evaluate potential productivity gains.
- Develop AI‑based design‑assist tools, generative AI models, or intelligent assistants that integrate technical documentation.
- Analyze data generated by EDA tools and automate implementation and verification tasks.
Required profile
- Final‑year engineering student in micro‑electronics or integrated‑circuit design.
- Strong interest in AI technologies and complex digital systems.
- Good written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) data.
- Knowledge of digital SoC design, especially 16 nm technology.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and AI‑based design assistance.
