About the role

The Hospital Service Agent (ASH) supports the daily operation of the Saint‑Céré Hospital, ensuring clean and safe environments for patients, especially in the EHPAD unit. This part‑time position (14 hours per week) is based on‑site and involves shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, disinfection and tidying of patient rooms and sanitary installations according to established procedures.
• Maintain hygiene standards throughout the service areas and contribute to the hotel‑type functions of the hospital.
• Collaborate with the nursing team, communicate needs, and assist in the overall care project.
• Act as a hygiene, quality and safety advocate, respecting patient rights and providing a caring attitude.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar cleaning or hospitality role.
• Availability for part‑time work (14 h/week) with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
• Non‑qualified employee status (no specific diploma required).
• Professional, respectful and patient‑focused demeanor.
