About the role

The Peninsula Paris, a prestigious luxury hotel in the heart of the capital, is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join its team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for guests, staff, and visitors while upholding the hotel’s high standards of excellence and generosity.

Key responsibilities

• Prevent incidents related to fire, vandalism, and other risks.
• Raise safety awareness among employees.
• Perform basic maintenance of fire‑prevention equipment.
• Alert and coordinate with emergency services.
• Manage evacuation procedures for guests and staff.
• Provide early intervention in case of fire.
• Offer assistance and first‑aid care to individuals on the premises.
• Operate the central security PC, including video‑surveillance (CCTV) and the SSI system.
• Use and control the sprinkler system.

Required profile

• Valid SSIAP 1 certification and up‑to‑date professional security card.
• Professional experience in luxury hospitality security.
• Strong rigor, situational intelligence and ability to manage stress.
• Proficiency in English; additional language is a plus.
• Good knowledge of security systems and basic IT tools.
• High client orientation and reactive attitude.
