Agent de propreté (F/H) – CDI

About the role

ABER Propreté, a family‑owned cleaning company with more than 50 years of experience, is looking for a full‑time Cleaning Agent (F/H) on a permanent contract. You will work in a team, Monday to Saturday, with a rotating Saturday off every four weeks, providing cleaning services for one or several client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Organise each cleaning assignment and follow the provided work sheet.
• Perform cleaning of premises while respecting hygiene and safety protocols.
• Carry out self‑checks to verify the quality of the work performed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with the sector manager and report any issues.

Required profile

• Preferably holder of a CQP cleaning agent certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong sense of customer service, rigor and organisation.
• First significant experience in a similar cleaning role is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning product characteristics.
