Agent de maintenance (h/f)

About the role

The company Iziwork is looking for a Maintenance Agent to work on a production line in Boussens, Occitanie. You will ensure that manufacturing runs according to schedule while following strict quality, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply detailed work instructions and follow production planning.
• Complete start‑up checklists and support series changes.
• Stop production lines when quality requirements are not met (Jidoka process).
• Report any anomalies such as breakdowns, scrap rates, component supply issues, or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members.
• Follow EHS, environmental safety sheets, 5S, and waste‑recycling procedures.
• Identify risky situations, block them and escalate to a manager or ESH reference.
• Perform first‑level corrective and preventive maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a production or maintenance environment.
• No specific certificates required.
