About the role

This position offers a six‑month paid training pathway to become a qualified aircraft structure assembler. The program combines three months of classroom instruction in Bouguenais with three months of hands‑on work on the Airbus Atlantic site.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical plans and drawings.
• Assemble aerospace structures according to strict procedures.
• Perform high‑precision drilling and riveting operations.
• Install fixings and fasteners following rigorous safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum six months experience in an industrial or manual‑handicap environment (e.g., construction, mechanics, carpentry).
• Strong manual dexterity and a keen interest in detailed work.
• Absolute rigor, strict adherence to safety rules, and a long‑term commitment.
• Own means of transport; the site is not served by public transport on shift hours.
