Aftersales Procurement Contract Manager

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Aftersales Procurement Contract Manager to join its Aftersales Procurement Contract department in Toulouse. You will work within a multinational team of around 80 professionals, providing contractual expertise that enables safe and efficient business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support buyers and managers in negotiating, drafting and approving complex procurement agreements with suppliers and airline customers.
• Define contractual strategies, assess legal components of bids and approve contractual baselines before signature.
• Analyze and manage contract amendments, mitigate legal risks and handle pre‑litigation, claims or critical supplier events such as insolvency.
• Assist aircraft sales campaigns by clarifying supplier support conditions and delivering training to airline customers.
• Contribute to the “Contracting of Tomorrow” initiative, including digital contracts, template development and internal training modules.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Law, International Procurement, Contract Management or Aviation Management.
• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation, preferably in aircraft maintenance, MRO or aviation aftermarket.
• Strong understanding of legal drafting and contractual processes.
