About the role

We are looking for a Systems and Network Administrator who will also lead infrastructure projects for a leading food‑manufacturing company located about 20 minutes east of Rennes. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will ensure the stability, security and evolution of the IT environment that supports the business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operational readiness of the entire IT infrastructure.
• Perform routine system and network administration tasks.
• Install and configure production tools, systems and security controls following best practices.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Write technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Lead infrastructure projects such as strengthening internal foundations, designing the future IT landscape, deploying data platforms, implementing security road‑maps and supporting business transformations.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and handle occasional off‑hour interventions.
• Travel occasionally to other sites within the Ille‑et‑Vilaine region.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6‑7 years of experience as a Systems and Network Administrator.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills, motivation, teamwork spirit and a proactive, methodical approach.
