Accounts Payable Accountant – Permanent

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to join its finance team at a luxury mountain resort. The role supports day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, payment processing, and month‑end closing while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate posting.
• Identify and record room, golf and F&B deposits received by the bank using the Opera reservation system.
• Track accounts payable, maintain supplier relationships, and support internal stakeholders.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and financial projection exercises.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving performance and procedures.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in France and fluency in French.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to high‑activity periods.
• Excellent communication skills in French; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property management system.
