About the role

Join Sandaya, a fast‑growing camping group that has expanded from a single site in 2010 to 69 camps across France and Europe. As the Accounting Manager for Restructuring Operations & Taxation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial and tax aspects of restructuring projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accounting treatment of restructuring operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee tax reporting and compliance for all restructuring activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements related to restructuring projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to support audit processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial impacts of restructuring initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting for restructuring and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of French tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
