Account Partner – Development Cloud (France & Benelux)

About the role

As the Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will represent the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions (Clinical, Quality, and Safety) for selected pharma and biotech companies, nurturing relationships, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and delivering innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C‑level.
• Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working.
• Serve as the custodian for customers, focusing on their needs.
• Manage complex sales cycles using internal and external resources.
• Stay current with industry trends and engage customers on business challenges.
• Act with urgency, integrity, and a customer‑centric focus.
• Meet and exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales and/or consulting experience, with at least 3 years in life sciences.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Consultative sales experience with life‑science software solutions.
• Strategic account planning and execution skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C‑level.
• Highly self‑motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Business proficiency in English and French.
