Account Executive - Enterprise (F/M)

About the role

Najar is a SaaS procurement platform founded in 2019, now supporting 200+ customers in France and across Europe. As an Account Executive, you will sit at the heart of revenue growth: generating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and scaling and stabilizing the sales team. You will convert leads into long-term clients and help shape the product through customer feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospects and track market trends, making sure customer feedback is taken into account in product development
• Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
• Understand customer needs and buying cycles, and gather key prospect information to generate interest
• Work with the VP Sales, Product team and Customer Success team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Promote best SaaS procurement and management practices

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record selling to enterprise clients (fintech experience is a plus)
• Experience managing and closing deals with ACVs of €100K+
• Experience generating and managing ARR growth, with a focus on scaling sales processes and teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including mentoring junior team members
