Account Executive - Dutch Market

About the role

Spiko, founded in 2023, provides institutional-grade cash management to SMEs, non-profits, financial advisers and fintechs, via app or API. As Account Executive for the Netherlands, you will drive Spiko's growth in the Dutch market by owning the full sales cycle, from hunting new accounts to managing key client relationships, while helping grow the sales team from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt and close new key accounts in the Dutch market
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure growth and satisfaction
• Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to closing
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Dutch market
• Track performance metrics, report regularly to the Head of Sales and collaborate closely with the founders
• Gather feedback from prospects and clients to inform product and go-to-market decisions

Required profile

• At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally at a tier 1 startup
• Previous work with CFOs of startups, scale-ups or SMBs
• Ambitious mindset, able to run a full sales cycle independently
• Excellent communication: native Dutch speaker, fluent English; French is a plus
• Nice to have: degree from a top academic institution

Required skills

• Experience with CRMs
• Familiarity with sales tools such as Aircall, Kaspr and Lusha
