Web Designer

About the role

Moris Media, a public relations, digital marketing and reputation management agency with more than 12 years of experience, is hiring a Web Designer. The role covers designing and developing high-converting landing pages and digital experiences, working closely with marketing teams and clients. It is a full-time, remote position based in France.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high-converting landing pages tailored to client objectives and branding.
• Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes and present design ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback.
• Build responsive designs with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimise pages for SEO, speed and usability, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Keep branding, typography and visuals consistent across digital platforms.
• Work with graphic designers, content creators and developers, and manage several projects at once under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of professional web design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science or a related field preferred; equivalent experience with an outstanding portfolio may also be considered.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or on-site work.
• Owns a high-performance computer, a fast broadband connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS and responsive design; JavaScript and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular are a plus.
• UX/UI principles and familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration and time-management skills.
