Vice President of Finance (International Hospitality Group)

About the role

The Vice President of Finance reports directly to the CEO and sits on the Executive Committee. Based in Paris, the role oversees finance, accounting, treasury, tax, internal control and finance systems for the headquarters in Paris and Hamburg as well as the hotel portfolio across DACH, France and Southern/Eastern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounting and IT teams across all regions, promoting best practices and consistency.
• Partner with HQ, hotel finance teams and General Managers to support decision‑making and drive performance.
• Oversee preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, tax filings and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain the capex governance framework and related finance processes.
• Ensure a strong internal control environment aligned with governance, compliance and accounting policies.
• Manage cash strategy, working capital monitoring and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and optimise financing and guarantee structures.
• Supervise finance systems and reporting capabilities to meet business needs.
• Provide high‑quality financial reporting, analysis and insights to the Board, shareholders and financing partners.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership in hospitality (franchise or operator).
• Proven track record leading finance teams through transformation, with strong cash‑management and financing expertise.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German strongly preferred.
• Multi‑country experience and willingness to travel regularly.
