Transport & Logistics Performance & Data Manager

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Transport & Logistics Performance and Data Manager to join its Space Transport & Logistics department in Toulouse. You will act as the data expert, driving the transformation of performance monitoring and reporting through analytics and automated tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and report operational and financial performance data of transport and logistics service providers.
• Define and implement reporting strategies, automating data gathering and dashboard creation.
• Collaborate with operational teams across countries to capture the full scope of logistics activities.
• Develop and propose performance improvement plans, including new data governance, indicators and tools.
• Manage budget and operational planning for transport logistics, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare and support budget and operational activities, acting as the central hub for information consolidation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in logistics or transport performance reporting.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Proactive attitude toward process optimisation and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
