Test Management Product Owner – Agile IT Lead

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a Test Management Product Owner to join the Engineering Flight and Integration Tests department in Toulouse. You will lead the development of innovative test tools that support flight‑test specialists throughout planning, execution, and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Agile product backlog: translate flight‑test needs into technical features, user stories, and validation criteria.
• Coordinate IT projects and multinational teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with the project roadmap.
• Gather requirements across the aircraft lifecycle (FAL, flightline, delivery) to build robust interfaces between legacy tools, new applications, and the data hub.
• Maintain operational reliability of ~20 interfaces, provide L1/L3 incident support, and participate in on‑call duties.
• Drive continuous improvement of development chains, maintain non‑regression test plans, and report progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software/Test Engineer or Product Owner in an aerospace or complex engineering environment.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional and subcontractor teams.
