About the role

We are seeking a Level‑2 Support Technician to join one of our large‑account clients. You will provide advice and assistance to end‑users, handle incidents, and contribute to the smooth operation of the IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level‑2 support and troubleshooting for user requests and incidents.
• Manage ticket lifecycle in the help‑desk system and record data for service‑quality metrics.
• Deploy, renew, and configure workstations.
• Monitor network alerts, including virus attacks, and respond to critical incidents.
• Assist with the impact analysis of new application or technical releases.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a support technician, preferably in an ESN or consulting environment.
• Motivation to work on-site for large‑account clients.
• Open to candidates with disabilities.

Required skills

• Ticketing tools: ServiceNow, GLPI, FreshDesk.
• Remote support tools: TeamViewer, AnyDesk.
• Active Directory account and permission management.
• Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP).
