Technicien Plasturgie (h/f)

About the role

Iziwork, the leading digital temporary staffing agency, is looking for a Plastics Technician (h/f) for a client’s industrial site in Val‑de‑Reuil, Normandy. The role is full‑time, day‑time and focuses on mold tuning, defect diagnosis and tooling support within an injection‑molding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up and fine‑tune injection molds.
• Diagnose mould defects, propose and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to tooling design and supplier selection.
• Read and interpret 2D/3D technical drawings.
• Analyse cost estimates and feasibility with R&D teams.
• Prepare and update technical specifications and project documentation.

Required profile

• BAC+2/3 in Plastics engineering or Mechanical engineering.
• At least one relevant experience in mold tuning or injection technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively with R&D and production teams.
