Technicien Maintenance Ascenseurs H/F – Toulon

About the role

The Elevator Maintenance Technician ensures the safety, performance and reliability of lift equipment for customers in the Toulon area. You will act as the main point of contact on‑site, providing proactive communication, accurate reporting and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through timely communication of ETA, job details and follow‑up.
• Perform planned maintenance, emergency call‑outs and unplanned repairs while respecting schedules and safety standards.
• Report work performed in real time to e‑Optimum and Customer Notification systems.
• Identify site risks, apply escalation procedures and take immediate action on high‑risk situations.
• Maintain and manage proximity stock, request spare parts and keep service tools and vehicle in good condition.
• Provide precise back‑reporting, submit timesheets and raise sales leads to the supervisor.
• Contribute feedback for continuous improvement of products, methods and safety.
