Technicien Maintenance Ascenseurs H/F

About the role

KONE is looking for an Elevator Maintenance Technician (H/F) to ensure safe, reliable operation of elevators at customer sites in Strasbourg. The role combines on‑site service, customer communication and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication (ETA, job performed) and real‑time reporting in e‑Optimum.
• Perform planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned repairs, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Manage on‑site environment, identify risks, and apply escalation procedures when necessary.
• Maintain and update proximity stock, request spare parts and keep tools and van in good condition.
• Submit timesheets, back‑report work performed and raise sales leads to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with customers, contacts and end‑users, adopting an ambassador attitude.
• Familiarity with lift technology and willingness to attend training; may provide coaching to nominated colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the e‑Optimum reporting system.
• Knowledge of lift maintenance procedures and safety instructions.
