Technicien Installation Ascenseurs H/F

About the role

The Elevator Installation Technician will be responsible for installing and commissioning elevator equipment at customer sites in Marseille. The role involves close interaction with clients, builders and internal teams to ensure safe, high‑quality installations that meet KONE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the installation environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are safe and properly stored.
• Communicate daily with the customer and builder to coordinate logistics and prevent work interruptions.
• Execute installations according to KONE methods, reporting progress and any shortages or damages to the supervisor.
• Receive, check, and store materials, and submit time‑keeping, quality feedback and warranty claim reports.
• Maintain a safe working area, following all safety procedures and handling equipment correctly.
• Provide training or coaching to trainees and helpers when required.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing communication skills and ability to work on construction sites.
• Attention to detail for reporting installation progress, shortages and quality feedback.
• Ability to handle and store materials safely and follow installation manuals.
• Commitment to safety and ability to maintain a secure work environment.
• Willingness to support continuous improvement by providing feedback to the supply line.
