Technicien Installation Ascenseurs (H/F)

About the role

The Elevator Installation Technician ensures safe and efficient installation, maintenance and repair of elevators for KONE customers in Trappes. The role combines on‑site technical work with proactive communication to guarantee customer satisfaction and equipment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by providing accurate on‑site communication (ETA, job details) and real‑time reporting through e‑Optimum.
• Perform planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned repairs, adhering to schedules, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Identify site risks, apply escalation procedures, and take immediate action on high‑risk situations.
• Maintain and manage proximity stock, request spare parts, and ensure service tools and vehicle are in good condition.
• Submit timesheets, back‑report work performed, and raise sales leads to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with an “Ambassador” attitude, ensuring excellent relationships with clients and end‑users.
• Proactive risk awareness and ability to communicate hazards to supervisors.
• Effective planning of workload in coordination with the service supervisor.
• Willingness to continuously improve safety and service methods through feedback.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of lift and elevator technology and associated maintenance procedures.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and perform work according to maintenance guidelines.
