Technical Service Engineer (Remote & Travel)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer who will provide high‑quality on‑site support for filling machines while working remotely when possible. The role combines troubleshooting, maintenance and customer relationship management to ensure reliable production for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical service to guarantee effective and reliable operation of filling machines at customer sites.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and solve equipment problems, reinstating machines to production.
• Reduce operational costs for customers and maintain high satisfaction through quality service.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers, addressing concerns and providing follow‑up support.
• Prepare accurate and timely service reports.
• Promote product quality and uphold a safe working environment.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line leader.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience with filling machines.
• Strong knowledge of Lamipak product applications on filling machines.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings and diagrams.
• Good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Operation and maintenance of filling machines.
• Use of mechanical tools and measurement instruments.
• Interpretation of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic schematics.
• Understanding of Lamipak product integration.
