Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote, France)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our network of recruiters. Based in France, you will work remotely while managing end‑to‑end hiring processes for technology, engineering and business functions across global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement for roles in software engineering, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data and leadership.
• Translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical fit, motivation and availability.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain high‑quality candidate submissions that match client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to improve hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within competitive tech markets.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches simultaneously and build trusted relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to evaluate candidate fit.
