Technical Customer Support – Environment Solutions

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Technical Customer Support professional to join the Solution Production & Delivery team in Toulouse. You will support agriculture and environment services built on Earth observation satellite imagery, focusing on the STARLING environment solution.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and develop business opportunities for forest and environment solutions, supporting sales teams in prospecting, tender responses and product demonstrations.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients and technical partners, coordinating with sales, marketing, customer service and production to ensure seamless delivery and performance reviews.
• Contribute to product evolution by gathering customer feedback, analysing market trends and collaborating with marketing on pricing, campaigns and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Background in agronomy or environmental sciences with at least 5 years of sales and business development experience in agricultural commodities or sustainability supply chains.
• Fluent in French and English, willing to travel internationally (approximately one trip every two months) and able to obtain a security clearance.
