Technical Account Manager – Counter-UAS (France)

About the role

As an Embedded Technical Account Manager for Dedrone, an Axon company, you will be the primary technical liaison for one of Europe’s most strategic Counter‑UAS programs. Based in Paris, you will work on‑site with the customer to ensure the deployed solution protects people, public‑safety operations, and critical infrastructure from drone threats.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for the customer’s program office and site‑level operators.
• Participate in operational and technical meetings, translating customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational ownership of DedroneTracker.AI, RF sensors, radar, and EO/IR camera systems.
• Assist the customer in optimizing workflows, maintaining the installed base, and adopting new capabilities.
• Collaborate with Dedrone PSO, Sales Engineering, Product, and R&D to influence product roadmaps.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience in field engineering or consultancy.
• Ability to build long‑term strategic partnerships and act as a customer advocate.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel 20‑30% within France, overseas territories, and other European countries.
