About the role

Join a meaningful adventure at Atos, where ambitious application projects integrate advanced AI and generative AI capabilities. As a Tech Lead for Java and VueJS, you will be based full‑time in Nantes, guiding a development team to deliver cutting‑edge solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Java back‑end services and VueJS front‑end applications.
• Integrate AI and generative AI features into the product roadmap.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, agile environment.
• Coordinate with product owners, UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Java and VueJS projects in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience integrating AI services.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for innovative technologies.
