Tech Data Delivery Ecosystem Leader

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Tech Data Delivery Ecosystem Leader to coordinate the delivery of Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) and Flight Operations (F.OPS) technical data products. Based in Toulouse, you will act as the central hub for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and protecting technical teams from unnecessary interference.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for technical data representatives, programme managers, authoring domains and other internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical updates into clear, concise communications, especially during crisis situations.
• Facilitate regular synchronization meetings to align expectations, resolve conflicts and balance stakeholder needs with team capacity.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring harmonious collaboration.
• Report discrepancies and project impacts both within and outside the SIDED framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication within a technical environment.
• Ability to simplify and convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong crisis‑management skills and capacity to coordinate multiple teams.
• Familiarity with aerospace or technical data delivery processes is advantageous.
