Team Lead Customer Success – Southern Europe

About the role

As the Team Lead for Customer Success in Southern Europe, you will guide a growing group of Customer Success Managers to help retailers boost revenue through better product search and discovery. You will act as the primary advocate for our customers, ensuring they realize measurable value from Constructor.io’s machine‑learning driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers covering France, Spain and other Southern European markets.
• Drive successful go‑live implementations and ongoing value realization for enterprise customers.
• Build trusted relationships with engineers, data scientists, product leaders and C‑level executives.
• Translate technical capabilities and performance data into clear business outcomes such as conversion, revenue and operational efficiency.
• Design and iterate scalable processes and best practices to support team growth.
• Serve as escalation point for complex customer challenges, stepping in hands‑on when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent French (additional languages a plus).
• Minimum three years of experience leading teams with at least three direct reports.
• At least five years managing enterprise customer relationships in Customer Success, Account Management or Solutions Consulting.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders from technical teams to VP and C‑level executives.
• Strong executive presence, influencing skills and problem‑solving ability in a fast‑moving, technically sophisticated environment.
