Team Lead – Account Executive SMB

About the role

Hublo is looking for a Team Lead to manage and develop a group of Account Executives focused on acquiring small‑ and medium‑size healthcare facilities. You will be a key driver of commercial growth, ensuring the team meets revenue targets while maintaining high standards of sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing SMB sales team across the full sales cycle.
• Conduct regular deal reviews, provide feedback and create personalized development plans.
• Own forecasting, pipeline health, conversion rates and revenue visibility.
• Partner with SDR, Marketing, RevOps and Customer Success to improve go‑to‑market efficiency.
• Support strategic deals, resolve complex customer situations and optimize sales processes.
• Recruit, onboard and retain top sales talent to scale the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and leading high‑performing sales teams in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and accurate forecasting.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to revenue leadership and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, coaching and analytical skills.
