Tax Specialist (Referent) – Regional Aircraft Manufacturer

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Specialist (Referent) to join the Finance Directorate of ATR, a leading regional aircraft manufacturer. The role will support the Group’s tax compliance, policy and risk management across French and international jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate tax returns (VAT, DAS2, CET, tax credits, Pillar 2, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy of tax data extracted from SAP and drive process improvements.
• Research French and international tax matters such as permanent establishments, withholding taxes and VAT.
• Maintain and update transfer‑pricing documentation and related compliance obligations.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Group’s tax policy.
• Draft tax provisions in contracts (sales, procurement, partnerships).
• Assist operational teams in identifying, assessing and managing tax risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Serve as the tax point of contact for subsidiaries and internal functions.
• Lead and coordinate work with external advisors (law firms, consultants).

Required profile

• Degree in tax law or accounting with a focus on operational tax.
• 3‑5 years of experience in tax, either in a firm, corporate environment or mixed setting.
• Strong knowledge of French tax rules and international taxation.
• Understanding of financial and operational flows and interest in IT tools.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
