Talent Sourcer - Europe

About the role

Ussunday is looking for its first Talent Sourcer for Europe. You will shift the hiring approach from reactive to proactive, building pipelines for sales and operations roles across France and the UK. This brand‑new position offers a direct impact on the company’s growth and talent acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels.
• Craft personalized outreach messages, test variations, and continuously improve response rates.
• Conduct initial qualification conversations and deliver structured briefs to Talent Acquisition managers.
• Develop talent pools and partnerships with bootcamps, community groups, meetups, and industry events for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Act as Ussunday’s ambassador in target communities, enhancing employer brand visibility and gathering field insights.
• Track sourcing metrics (response rate, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution) and propose data‑driven optimisations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a tech startup or scale‑up environment.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Comfortable working with ATS/CRM tools.
