Talent Manager

About the role

The Talent Manager will be based in France and will lead the creation and maintenance of a high‑performing pipeline of creative professionals. Working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment, you will partner with creative leadership to ensure the right talent is matched to performance‑marketing and content production projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and shortlist editors, designers, strategists, and UGC creators.
• Conduct screening and briefing calls to assess skills, communication ability, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a structured, long‑term talent pipeline for current and future campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative leadership to define hiring priorities and close talent gaps.
• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes, from outreach to onboarding.
• Maintain organized talent databases and trackers using spreadsheets and sourcing tools.
• Ensure submitted creative work meets brand and campaign standards.
• Stay updated on creative industry trends and talent benchmarks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in talent management, creative recruitment, influencer partnerships, or a related role.
• Proven ability to hire strong creative talent in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Excellent communication skills for candidate interviews and evaluation calls.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple pipelines.
• Experience working closely with creative, marketing, or performance‑driven teams.
