Talent Management Project Manager

About the role

The Talent Management Project Manager will lead strategic talent initiatives across the organisation, focusing on leadership succession, talent development and governance. Reporting to both the Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Talent Management and the Head of Exec Talent, the role can be based in Paris or London and works closely with senior leaders and HR partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual talent management cycle, creating and updating materials for talent reviews and succession planning at scale.
• Maintain and enhance the technical solution for Talent Cards, delivering actionable insights for talent decisions.
• Provide Workday talent analytics to inform identification, evaluation and development of talent.
• Coordinate the global succession planning process and embed structured methodologies, including future‑proofed success profiles and strong governance.
• Collaborate with People Solutions on the Workday succession planning tool, improving data analytics, reporting and annual review insights.
• Design and govern a global talent development initiative aimed at accelerating top‑talent growth.
• Reimagine the talent fund governance to optimise resource allocation, budget leverage and ROI tracking.
• Manage performance management cycles, update toolkits and communication materials, and support internal mobility forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR project management, workforce strategy and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of succession planning, talent development frameworks and governance models.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable talent solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
