Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recrutement logiciel embarqué

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the full recruitment cycle for embedded software engineers, working closely with Business Managers and the Talent Acquisition Team Leader. You will play a key part in scaling our agency’s capabilities in the embedded software sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collect hiring needs from managers and translate them into attractive job ads.
• Source candidates actively on job boards, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate each step of the recruitment process and present contract proposals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain detailed reporting.
• Manage the talent pool and contribute to university relations, career fairs and recruitment events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, business school or university).
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in an ESN, consultancy or corporate environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Dynamic, curious and service‑focused attitude; English proficiency is a plus.
