Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full‑time (Paris)

About the role

Dedale is expanding its Paris office and seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end hiring across all functions, aiming to recruit around 70 new colleagues by 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment cycle autonomously for all seniority levels and business areas, from manager briefing to offer.
• Source candidates proactively using multi‑channel outreach, targeted headhunting and long‑term pipeline building.
• Partner with hiring managers, challenge briefs, train them and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Design and implement recruitment processes, scorecards, structured interviews and tooling.
• Own and grow Dedale’s employer brand on platforms such as Welcome to the Jungle and LinkedIn.
• Maintain clean pipelines and reliable data in the Ashby ATS.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects including global onboarding, talent management, training, engagement surveys and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of recruitment experience in‑house or at a search firm.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced startup/scale‑up or finance‑adjacent environments.
• Proven outbound headhunting skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Managed 30+ requisitions per year across diverse profiles.
• Confident in negotiating with candidates and pushing back unrealistic hiring briefs.
• Reliably communicates with candidates and hiring managers, keeping pipelines clean.
• Experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
