Talent Acquisition Manager – Paris

About the role

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join its fast‑growing EMEA recruitment team in Paris. You will partner with senior business leaders to design and execute sourcing strategies that attract top talent across France and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify skill gaps and define recruitment priorities.
• Develop and implement sourcing campaigns using direct outreach, advertising, campus recruiting and networking.
• Manage the full screening process, including interviews, assessments and reference checks.
• Provide market intelligence, promote the employer brand and ensure diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring cycle.
• Coordinate offer negotiations and act as the liaison between candidates, hiring managers, HR, Legal and the broader TA team.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in retained search or proactive sourcing, preferably within an executive search firm or in‑house TA function.
• Proven track record recruiting across multiple disciplines and seniority levels, including executive roles.
• Deep knowledge of the French talent market and a strong candidate network; broader European exposure is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and negotiation abilities.
