Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Kolsquare, the leading influencer marketing platform in Europe, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to shape and execute its recruitment strategy across the group. Reporting to the VP People, you will be the trusted advisor for hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for all business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain and improve the candidate journey, from attraction to onboarding.
• Promote Kolsquare’s employer brand through targeted outreach and social media initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Support onboarding and new‑hire integration to accelerate time‑to‑productivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to align talent strategies with business objectives.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
