Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will head a recruiter pod in France, combining people‑leadership with hands‑on recruiting. You will shape strategy, coach a team of recruiters and directly manage senior searches to ensure high‑quality hiring outcomes for a fast‑growing global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a recruiter pod, setting priorities, monitoring productivity and achieving hiring targets.
• Conduct complex and senior‑level searches while coaching team members on sourcing, outreach and stakeholder management.
• Translate broader talent acquisition objectives into clear, actionable goals for the team.
• Review and continuously improve recruiting processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, interview coordination and communication with hiring managers.
• Provide regular one‑on‑one performance and development discussions, fostering pipeline health and career growth.
• Identify performance challenges, escalates issues and partners with senior leadership on solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a recruiting team or pod.
• Proven track record of delivering hiring results while developing other recruiters.
• Strong knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing strategy to candidate experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coaching abilities.
