Talent Acquisition Intern – HR Recruitment

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Intern will join the HR team at PRADA RETAIL France, supporting recruitment and campus relations for the Prada and Miu Miu brands across France, Monaco and Belgium. This six‑month internship (July‑December 2026) offers a hands‑on experience in talent sourcing, candidate management and employer branding within a leading luxury fashion group.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, manage applications and ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Source candidates and build talent pools for all business functions, adapting quickly to the needs of both Prada and Miu Miu.
• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, with the goal of independently managing searches over time.
• Develop and maintain a database of target schools and universities to foster long‑term campus partnerships.
• Launch and coordinate the internship recruitment campaign each semester.
• Monitor competitor practices and emerging recruitment trends.
• Create content for Talent Days and support LinkedIn communication and employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Interest in a career in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR business partnering.
• Business‑oriented mindset and proactive, detail‑oriented attitude.
• Previous exposure to the retail or fashion industry is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Comfortable working on projects and collaborating within a team.
