Talent Acquisition – EMEA (Contractor)

About the role

Mistral AI is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to support its rapid expansion across the EMEA region. The contractor will work closely with hiring managers to attract top talent for both go‑to‑market and corporate functions, including sales, solutions architecture, pre‑sales, partnerships, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruiting process, delivering a tailored candidate experience from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and execute search strategies for a variety of roles, including GTM, corporate, and technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create sourcing plans.
• Identify, engage, and coach high‑quality candidates, ensuring a smooth progression through each interview stage.
• Analyze recruiting data to uncover bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market intelligence and talent pipelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Proven ability to recruit for both business and technical roles, preferably in enterprise software companies.
• Self‑starter with strong analytical skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working autonomously and handling both strategic and hands‑on tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
