System Administrator

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and maintain its corporate IT infrastructure. The role is fully onsite in Lisbon and involves ensuring a secure, efficient environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications, cloud services, and internal systems.
• Oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management across platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta and Azure AD.
• Implement network security, endpoint protection, data encryption, MFA and RBAC policies.
• Monitor and optimise hardware and software performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Maintain and support company‑wide SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, Atlassian, etc.).
• Assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding by configuring and deactivating accounts.
• Automate IT operations, workflows and system monitoring.
• Maintain software licences, compliance documentation and provide technical support and training.

Required profile

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in IT or systems administration.
• Experience managing cloud‑based corporate environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS or Azure).
• Proficiency with identity and access management tools (Okta, Azure AD, JumpCloud).
• Knowledge of endpoint management solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji or similar MDM platforms).
• Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls and zero‑trust security models.
