Supply Officer - Supply Management IFE & Electronics (m/f)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Supply Officer to join the Cabin Supply Management IFE electronics team in Toulouse. You will act as the key interface between Final Assembly Lines, Airbus plants, procurement and quality, supporting the ramp‑up of aircraft programmes in a multicultural, fast‑changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders in line with requisitions and provide landing forecasts to suppliers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between FALs, Airbus plants and internal stakeholders (procurement, quality, manufacturing engineering).
• Monitor deliveries, drive On‑Time Delivery (OTD/D1) performance and trigger corrective actions when supply risks arise.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, oversee subcontracted tasks and ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop expertise in at least one order flow (e.g., PICO7) and contribute to process optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or an advanced technical qualification (BTS/DUT level).
• Proven experience in supply chain or logistics with a strong interest in global supply and quality challenges.
• Digital mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
