Supply Officer – Equipment & Systems Procurement

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Supply Officer to join the Equipment and Systems (PIEO) department in Toulouse. You will be part of a new Procurement Supply Management team responsible for supplying equipment to all plants, final assembly lines, and aircraft programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for consolidating data related to key suppliers.
• Support Operational Business Improvement projects to increase value delivered to customers.
• Monitor placed orders to ensure deliveries are on quality, on time, and on cost.
• Lead proactive actions to avoid missing parts, provide early warnings, manage risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Collaborate across functions and drive digital‑transformation initiatives within PIEO.
• Manage supply and ordering activities for the Hydraulics and Flight Controls commodity.
• Participate in supplier performance and business reviews, delivering feedback.
• Verify data relevance for ordering and monitor inventory levels and stock turns against targets.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, procurement or related fields.
• Strong analytical and risk‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
